                Introduction

Entrepreneurship is a complex process that impacts people differently, according to studies from
throughout the world. Being an entrepreneur is often linked to stressful events, day-to-day hurdles,
and problems that should be handled with the utmost care. Entrepreneurship thus, starts with
having a clear understanding of the challenges involved in both preparation, initiation, and
                operation of a business.

To start with, every entrepreneur should be aware of the legal framework of their country,
proceeding with acquiring knowledge about opportunities, learn the basic rules of funding, define
the components of their pitch to attract investors and start their trip into building their business.
The next step is designing and drafting a sustainable business plan, taking into consideration
technological advances and opportunities, customer behavior and delivery channels.

Entrepreneurs should come up with unique solutions to problems and learn how to handle risks
effectively and build trust within their customers and networks to ensure the sustainability and the
continuance of their venture. Entrepreneurship is also about an ongoing hunting of motivation and
innovation that makes you differentiate from your competitors and establish yourself at a local,
regional, or even national and international level.

The mindset of a successful entrepreneur, either a local or migrant one, should be based on the
right mix of passion, confidence and risk taking. Despite the everyday hurdles and problems arising
that are indissolubly related with a business operation, entrepreneurs should be armed with self-
confidence and motivation to pursue their ideas and their strategic decisions and initiatives. The
entrepreneurial mindset is a willingness to bet on yourself!
