How to build a sustainable business: Create your Business Plan

                This module includes information on designing the business model of a migrant entrepreneur.
                More specifically, it proposes the creation and adoption of a canvas consisting of nine building
                blocks:  customer  value  proposition,  customer  segments,  channels,  customer  relationships,
                revenue streams, key resources, key partners, key activities, and cost structure.
                In particular, the customer value proposition regards the description of the value that a product or
                a service has for the customers and its preference over a competing product or service. Customer
                segments involve defining the target customers according to certain criteria. Channels refer to the
                way and means of communicating and reaching target customers. Customer relationships involve
                three  aspects  of  any  transaction:  customer  acquisition,  customer  retention,  and  up-selling  on
                either a personal or an automated level. Revenue streams indicate the income generated through
                payments from customers regarding the purchase of specific products or services. Key resources
                describe the major assets used for the establishment and the operation of any enterprise. Key
                partners include all those who support the conduct of business activities, even the competitors.
                Key activities include key actions that are made to operate the business model which may vary
                significantly from business to business. Finally, the cost structure refers to the total costs incurred
                by the company's activities.
                Finally, an example of the implementation of a business model for a cafeteria is presented in detail,
                and  there  is  a  reference  made  to  the  different  types  of  General  Business  Models,  which  are
