should show patience and consistency in setting up a business, which requires willingness and hard
work. Equally important is filling any potential gaps in knowledge and skills relating to a variety of
entrepreneurial aspects. The pieces of advice provided include seeking guidance and advice from
existing entrepreneurs, flexibility in learning skills, and an orientation towards continuous training
and therefore growth.
This module even mentions the primary concern of new entrepreneurs, funding. Advice is given on
looking for another job to save money for future business development, applying for funding if
needed, personal guidance on finding business partners, using the internet, and identifying any
skills gaps.
Tips for assembling an efficient work team are also included; namely, searching for staff online,
contacting institutions that can provide suitably qualified staff, building trust with the hired staff,
demonstrating leadership skills, and managing both the business and the work team. In addition,
the effectiveness of business marketing and branding requires advertisements at an early stage of
the business endeavor, social media use, attractive content creation, organization of events in
which the business could be advertised and developing a visual identity and background for the
enterprise. It is also proposed that the entrepreneur should be flexible, understand the customer
needs, create a team consisting of progressive employees and a consultant. Finally, the balance
between personal and professional life is mentioned, suggesting regular breaks from work,
effective task division, and organization of activities outside work.
